Simoniz Car Wash

I typically don't have my car washed at these kinds of places due to bad experiences. I should have learned from my bad choices in the past but figured, hey it's "touch-less". I purchased a book of washes at Simoniz Car Wash and on my first visit at Simoniz the machine scratched my rim. I immediately reported it and the Manager, Eddie, said this couldn't have happened at Simoniz. When I tell you I am extremely picky and meticulous about my vehicle, I am understating. Eddie offered to give me more washes for the value of the rim repair but I had to pay for the repair. Eddie assured me if it happened again, they would repair the rim this time and refund the unused tickets. Eddie told me they "never" have these types of complaints or issues with other vehicles and wanted to prove me wrong. Well, it only took a couple more washes for it to happen again. I checked my rims the next couple of times I went to Simoniz to be certain they weren't previously scratched. I reported the issue once again and Eddie said he would speak to his boss. His boss’ response was, "I have been working with car washes for many years and this couldn’t have happened here.“ Sound familiar? Eddie offered to give me more free washes in the value of the repair. I reminded him that wasn't the agreement, yet he simply refused to stand by their mistake. I am supposed to continue taking my car to Simoniz which has scratched my rims 2 out of 4 times?! I think not. I now have 5 unusable tickets valued at over $100 and still have to fix my rim on my own.



BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH SIMONIZ AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR MISTAKES!

I always get my car washed here and the job gets done right and fast! I will continue to bring my business here.

I visited Simoniz on 1/9/13, upon arrival i was greeted by I friendly gentle men who directed me at a list of their serveries and prices then asked what i would be interested in having done. I told him I wanted a wash and vacuum; He noticed my car had a bit of mold and oxidation and suggested I needed some detailing done witch i highly appreciated. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. I highly suggest this place to anyone who looking for a new car wash place, this one will defiantly be my new spot.

Very abrasive service from the customer perspective, no atention to detail, poor treatment to patrons, I will not return even if offered free car wash.

All around a bad experience. Too costly. Lots of better quality places on University that are half the price. Disgruntled employees and a manager who is "too busy" to speak with a customer who wants to offer constructive criticism. How they stay in business with these and other issues surprises me. AVOID SIMONIZ CAR WASH.
