I went in not looking for anything in particular..what i observed were alot of items some odd and end pieces with no pricing. No one asked me if I needed help. People standing around waiting. Only time i had interaction with an employee was the lady at register and of course security checking my bag as i walked out. I bought a simple household item but if your looking for major household purchase like fridge or washing machine, they have many to choose from but good luck with finding someone courteous to take their time with explaining features outside of pushing you to buy extended warranty.

Awful! We purchased a vacuum and they were so kind to offer for us to pick it up outside... such a mistake!! We waited outside in the sun for over 30 minutes for a vacuum that we could see 10 feet in front of us. It's a free for all in the pick up area. Do yourself a favor and either carry your product around the store with you or don't shop here.

BUYER BEWARE THE STORE SUCKS I've been going to Brandsmart since they opened in the 80s STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING within the warranty and it's more than 30 days since your purchase AND YOU DIDN'T BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY YOU'RE SCREWED THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT IS SELLING YOU THE ITEM TAKING YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S IT, i've spent at least $50,000 with them over the years I will never give them another penny , even if you bought the extended warranty the Service technician never shows up on time they lie to you and tell you that the parts are on order when they were never ordered and the people on the phone in the service department are trained to lie to you with a smile on their face The funny thing is I've known people that work there and they pay employees VERY LITTLE EVEN THE ONES THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR MANY YEARS and treat their them like crap BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY GO TO COSTCO BJ'S HOMEDEPOT LOWES WALMART TARGET OR ANYWHERE ELSE WITH A REAL REPUTATION THEY DON'T HAVE THE BUYING POWER COMPARED TO THE BIG BOX STORES WHEN YOU FIND AN ITEM YOU'D LIKE GET THE MODEL NUMBER AND PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU'LL BE HAPPY YOU DID JUST IN CASE YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT

As with all large item pieces we like to buy extended warr. Its a shame this company treats their customer very badly. I am not alone time they make changedhappened more then once to me and with talking to others
