Worst customer service experience ever. On 1/5/12, I paid Sisbro $1596 via credit card for three bathrooms worth of plumbing fixtures and was promised delivery in 5-10 days. Having not heard anything from Sisbro, I sent an email inquiry to my salesman (Robert) on 1/19/12...no response. I sent Robert another email inquiry on 1/20/12, this time copying the owners (Heath and Kim)...still no response. Also called several times, nobody ever picked up. Sent a third email inquiry to everyone on 1/24/12, to which the owner (Heath) finally responded as follows: "I am truly sorry for the problems I have caused you. At this time our suppliers are not shipping anything to us. The best thing you can do at this time is contact your credit card company and dispute the charges. You should have no problem having the charges reversed. I don't know when or if we will have things worked out..." When I asked Heath to call me immediately so I could understand what the hell was going on, he continued to hide behind email and blamed the State Board of Equalization (i.e., the CA tax authorities) for "drain[ing his] bank account and clos[ing his] doors." A tax cheat got caught, perhaps?
So I paid nearly $1600 for plumbing fixtures, received none of them, wouldn't have any idea about any problems except I constantly followed up via email/phone, and was told that calling my credit card company to dispute the charge was my "best" option!!?? Amazing.
Next time I buy from Amazon.
