I will for sure not go anywhere else should I need to use the services of FCC again and I will for sure recommended this unique paint shop to all of my family and friends as a must go if you are unfortunately involved in an accident and your car needs help.

Overall

We were referred to FCC and they were awesome. They went over everything. There was clear communication throughout the whole experience. They left the car spotless which was a great touch. We picked up the car and it didn't start. Probably due to it sitting for the couple of weeks they worked on it. Within seconds someone came out and jump started it so we could be on our way. Again, they assured us if we had any problems to come back. So far everything is running excellent and no problems. I am very happy with our service. We will be back if we need anything in the future. Hopefully not but in case we do.

Overall

My car got hit on the rear right side around 1/4 panel. It wasn't that noticeable from far but ugly. So I looked around online to find a repair shop near. I saw FCC with many positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was impressed with before and after photos of cars on their web site. It worked out well since they are close to my. No sweat. My insurance rep. had contacted FCC so half of my work was done.

From the time we walked thru the doors at FCC collision center we were greeted by a very professional and courteous staff. Our quote was given, right on the spot. Our FCC contact persons, got our quote done immediately which was comparable to the other quotes we had on our Lexus, except, FCC has a lifetime guarantee on the parts and labor. They also walked us thru what to expect in a time frame. The repair work was impeccable, the paint was flawlessly feathered, and the car was spotless. We could not have asked for better service, all the way around.

Overall

We had our car fixed there when the car was delivered, the paint matched so well, that it looked completely stock. But upon closer inspection, their paint was actually better than the factory, with less orange peel. Amazing! They even buffed out some scratches on the other side of the car. My wife and I are very happy with their work. This is the place to go!

Our 2013 Lexus was T-boned, crushing both driver's side doors and a bit of the frame behind the doors. Our insurance company suggested FCC Collision. From the first phone call to the delivery of the car, it was a great experience with them. They did the estimation and we had a contact throughout the process. The sent email and photo updates periodically, followed by phone calls so we always knew what they were doing with the car. The car finished on time and very close to the estimate.

"My car had the driver side mirror vandalized when I brought the car here, after researching/calling a lot of other servicing/repair shop. I cannot even begin to describe how respectful and courteous The person I talked too and the rest of the team was. It took a couple of days to order the parts and had to leave my car in their workshop for half a day but these guys kept me posted of the status through messages and even provided complimentary pick-up/drop off and car wash.

I would highly recommend them for body repair/servicing."

My Bike has a minor scratch on the ferring called FCC and talked to them then told me to just go there and he will see what he can do. I went there yesterday and he just took care of it within a few minutes and the bike looks brand new again and did not even charge me a penny.

They repaired and repainted the side of my Toyota Highlander after a small accident about a year ago (paid for by insurance), and then this spring I got a door ding on a side bumper panel. The paint started to peel in this area, so I brought it back to show that even though a door ding caused it the paint shouldn't peel. FCC not only removed the panel and repainted it perfectly, they also did an expert job of touching up other unrelated scratches FOR FREE that were nearby, making my car look even better than I had hoped for.

I just picked up my newly undented car. I am very pleased with the outcome. Danny Chao was my estimator and was very efficient. He called about something’s that had been found when the bumper was removed and was very clear on what needed to be done. The work was completed when promised. If ( I hope not) I need this kind of work again I know I will return here.

FCC & Danny has done it again my Nissan Armada was in another collision Dec. 24th. I had such a hard time with the other parties insurance but FCC & Danny was there for me once again and made my nightmare go away. Stress and worry free with all the costly repairs needed to get done. Danny worked very hard to get that insurance company to pay for all the damages caused. I am amazed with the wonderful work FCC does it feels and looks it's like it never happened. Knock on wood I don't have another collision in the future I know I can always depend on FCC for the repairs.
