I live 2 miles from what was the Doral Tony Roma's. Disappointed it closed. I drove 26 miles to the Sunny Isles location ONLY because I received a free birthday entree offer.Steven was a good waiter. Only issue was he did not tell me there was an upcharge to change from cole slaw to green beans. I found out when I got my bill that there is a $2 add on for the 2 entrees. Very disappointed.Food:Green beans - very good.Fries - goodCorn - good - hard to mess up corn on the cobBread - amazingBeef ribs - tough, chewy, not much meat and so NOT WORTH THE $29 PRICE. Never had them before will NEVER get them again. Glad one was free. Overall - won't drive 26 miles to Tony Roma's again. Sorry. Too many great rib and steak places that are much closer.

I took my sister who was visiting Florida to this place thinking it would be an upscale place near the beach with a nice Sunday buffet. The "restaurant" seems to be more of an after-thought given the open space it resides in on the way to hotel rooms and elevator. The view is nice; although table space outside was limited. The food was okay- not bad. My worst complaint is the service. We stood over 5-10 minutes waiting to be seated. The servers saw us and was not busy; there were maybe 3 tables with patrons there. And then our server made us wait several minutes to even take the drink order. Her demeanor, comments, and general lack of attention reminds me of those late mornings years ago when you got greasy food at IHOP - only the service was worse. If the wait-staff obviously do not like their jobs and interacting with people, why should we spend any kind of money in a place like this?
No bread, crappy service food. Just ok.
