I call comfort zone for all my AC and heating services, my landlord hired this company about 4 years ago to instal heaters in all the units. I was very satisfied with their work, I've recomended them to friends and family. Not only are they affordable but they actually get the job done right the first time. Another plus is that they're employees are very friend and professional.

We hired Comfort Zone to do a repair on my A/C. The repair didn't even last a day. He told me that I needed a new unit. I called a second company, and was told I just needed a valve replaced. The $100.00 valve from the other company fixed the issue. Comfort Zone tried to sell me a needless unit!

I was told I would receive a full refund. The check has " been in the mail" for two months. They will not call back. He hung up on me when I called him from work.

This company looks out for the little guy. Rather than pushing an expensive replacement of your unit, they will work with you, for years, if need be, keeping your old system running until you can afford a new one, or until the old one can't possibly be patched up any longer.

A few months ago, my A/C unit finally gave out. I looked up several air conditioning companies and scheduled and appointment with Kevin to give me an estimate. He was on time and very professional. He didn't try to sneak more work in other than what was necessary, which has been my ususal experience. Sam came in and replaced the unit and thermostat quickly and I haven't had a problem since then. I will definitely be using them in the future.
