I shop at this Dollar Tree often but rarely use the restroom facility. Today I did and I am sorry!! I have NEVER but in such a filthy dirty restroom anywhere except perhaps a truck stop! This should be reported to the Health Department in Memphis. A disgrace to a customer . If I really didn't have to I would never have gone in there.It was like a HALLOWEEN prank! Please investigate.

Whenever I am in this neck of the woods (the Frayser area), I always stop by this Value Dollar Plus to get my toiletry and household supplies. The guy that runs the store is really helpful, customer focused, and is always glad to have earned my business. When I drop off my hard-earned bucks, it helps so much to know that someone is glad that I am spending my money at their establishment. I have given up on Walmart, and being made to feel like I and everyone else that wants to save a few dollars must be treated like cattle (and in line forever)! So, I gladly, SKIP THE LINE!, and enjoy getting in and out of Value Dollar Plus in less than ten minutes (and spending about ten)!
On Jan.19,2016 I came to store, really just to browse around. Most items I looked at had no price on item or shelf. Also I was never greeted by any employee, or thanked for my patronage. Would have considered several items for purchase but after my experience bought some bagged candy! One employee passed me in the aisle almost running me down, without excusing themself. I am tired of patronizing this store after this treatment numerous times recently. Think I'll be staying away from now on.
always some hoodrat at the register with an attitude or mad at life, I don't recommend anyone going to this store until they get new people at the register
Staff is nice. Store looks better than it did with previous manager. New management staff is a great improvement. They're so nice and helpful.

I spoke with the manager, Melvin Robinson to complain about the parking lot which looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. I was told it wasnt his responsibility it was the owners. I asked him who could I contact to lodge a complaint, he told me no one he would have to do it. He was totally unconcerned. You have to kick trash out of the way to get to the front door. I will contact the city council next.
The Airways store sales reps sit around on the furniture and do not greet potential customers.Despite the manager s direction they seem tobplay when he s away. I went in the renew a contract and pick out a bunk bed for grandson but the rep Mr Gamble stated I already had 2 sales reps. When 5 yr old found one he kicked the drawer halfway in ..when asked what type wood he replied wood. When adked for a member of management he yelled across the store with a snide remark that I must not like his service. The stand in mgr yelled back across store in presence of other customers and children THEN SHE WONT LIKE MINE.As he sat in recliner in the presence of many children including my child who WAS excited about picking out bed until that point. Appalling behavior..Ashley is across the street..same President Day sale hungry sales reps too.Kings Furniture is eager to deal and same financing available. The customer service for others appeared to be the same. The customer service desk never wrote down name..actually laughing talking and was asked four times to spell my name. Disputed Mgr Wes' directive.Wow..did they have a bad day Friday Feb 7th or what and why wouldnt they want people to spend their income tax checks there. The part time rep gives awesome customer service but wasnt in..Manager gives great customer service and this Andrew Gamble said Mgr is a sales rep also so I was not welcome to pick out or be shown furniture. Is this the norm..Is that why I should return to Haverty s ? Beware of bad behavior at Airways store when Mgr off duty!
