Wow! I purchased a new golf cart in 2012 in Sun City. The golf cart is great. Today, I called for a service appointment and asked if my pick up would still be free (which they have done for 5 years) because their store closed in Sun City. I need new batteries, so my invoice would have been well over $1,000.00 They lost me as a customer. If you live outside of Sun City West, do not buy at this location. Unbelievveable! I was told there was nothing in my file to say they would pick up and deliver for free. Great way to do business.

In March of 2016 we purchased a "NEW" electric golf cart that included a 3 year warranty. In December of 2017 we noticed the batteries were not holding a charge and took it to the dealer. Of the four batteries one was deemed bad. They replaced that battery. a couple weeks later we did not see any performance improvement and took it back to the dealership. They now deemed all the batteries were bad and needed to be replaced. they informed us that they were past the warranty. Note: when purchasing the cart we asked about battery life expectancy and was told by the owner that 5-6 years is typical. He said we could get a pro rated deduction since they only lasted 22 months. I argued with owner and eventually he agreed to install "NEW" batteries at his cost. When we got the cart back we noticed that the performance was actually worse. I then took the cart to a nearby EZGO dealership and they found the following: The batteries installed were made in Feburary of 2017 and the cart was a 2015 vs. a 2016. I contacted the dealership and was told that they were new but was sitting on the shelf. At this point I felt I was lied to on both the batteries newness and the cart was not new.Note: I paid an extra $1000 for a new cart vs. used. While reviewing my options the cart tail lights would not shut off. I took it back to the dealership and was told by the mechanics that the owner said they were not to service our cart. I informed that I still had 13 months remaining on my warranty. He repeated his instructions to not service our cart. Currently the cart is at the EZGO dealership awaiting repairs
Bought a used golf cart with a 30 day warranty. Great service my salesmen Robert Sinatra was very accommodating on what I wanted done with the cart. Great mechanics. I usually work on my own carts but when I need help or needed repairs they were great and I trust them. I recommen
