Miller's Carpet Care

f i could give this company 0 stars i would, the owner Ray is a complete piece of work and has no customer service skills to speak of. I called to make a complaint about the contractor they sent out about him being rude and rushing through the job. Ray stated that was not the case even though he was not there and that they have a truck mount system and that there was NO way that that would happen. I didn't expect miracles but i did expect some difference in the carpet which did NOT happen. He was condescending and tried talking to me like i was a 5 year old, he wouldn't let me talk and kept raising his voice over me, i finally had to just hang up on him, i guess this is how he keeps from having to go back out to places he bullies his customers, and refuses to listen to any other point of view than his own. Paying for this service was a complete waste of time and money i should have just keep my money and saved myself and my father the hassle of dealing with this incompetent company.

Bad job misadvertising and realy bad customer service. Highly suggest using some one else
