I have never experience the un welcoming atmospherr at this horrible place. Owners are so rude and unprofessional. Property manager has tampered with lease agreement and owners are racists. I have mold in my barhroom and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it. Not to add they will make you pay an extra fee for your quest. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE.
I've been a tenant for the past year or so..I must say being from NJ, I have never found a place so welcoming. Under new management..Iris Winds is definitely a good place to raise my children. The area is clean and kept up to date. The people make you feel at home. Any home issues are handled and repaired on a timely basis. I love the fact that we are located right off the main highway which makes it easy to travel. The tenants are also treated with utmost respect. Iris Winds has come a long way since I've been here. Would I move? No, not no time soon. This community is good enough for me. Great move.
Do not move to Iris winds mobile home park!!! They treat tenants and workers horrible. These are prime example of slum lords. They do not fix or maintain in which are agreed upon in the lease. The owners judged people based on racist profiling. I had multiple accounts of them telling me to charge late fees and other fees unjustly. Tenants had holes in my floor and mold from water damage for over 5 months. Me being the manager I called the owners to make a complain and they did nothing and advised me to fix or resolve issues on my own with know training at all. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS MOBILE HOME PARK ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND POSSIBLY YOUR HEALTH!!!
At first, we enjoyed living here. The rent was reasonable, and it was close to our employment. After a year, however, we started having problems. Once the manager decides she doesn't like a tenant, she will harass them with miniscule violations of obscure rules in a failed attempt to force them out. Half a year ago, I would have given a decent recommendation for this place, even though many of the housing units are significantly worn and regular maintenance is a must to keep the places somewhat liveable. But the last few months have not been good. The managers visibly look down on their tenants as 'beneath' them for living in trailers and doublewides, and do not care about their needs. Until the management changes, Palmetto Woods is not a good place to live.
