        Overall

        They claim to help you but want YOU to come up with half the bill BEFORE they help! Wateree Community Actions will help you more and they don't claim to be christians! These people laughed at me when I went for help and stood out in the cold while waiting hours to get approved for half my light bill for only one month and GIGGLED AND LAUGHED when they said I have to come up with the other half in two days! ...THEN THEY WILL HELP ME WITH THE OTHER HALF! I have given clothes, sheets, toys and other items to them through the years and have to say I will NoT help out anymore! SHAME ON YOU!!
