Are the representatives are very nice my son loves going there they are very professional and know what they're doing they are very patient with the kids and I love and when they talk with the parents because I like to know what's going on with my son the orthodontist they are so real professionals I love the way they take their time with the kids and making sure that they are okay thank you Mrs Perlissia C kind and family... yes I will recommend other families to come to Kool Smile

Rudest people I ever met I spoke with dr. Francis or whatever her name is because she don't get her way she kicks you out of the office and says that she's going to call the police really good way to treat a a patient when they messed up their teeth I went in to get a cavity worked on they went too fast drilled too deep and I ended up losing the tooth and because the head doctor in the Sumter office didn't get her way they have blocked me from coming there anymore I have turned you into Medicare and Tricare they said they definitely need to investigate this I will never go inside Kool Smile again and I One people don't go in there because it's amazing they find cavities when nobody else can the only person that knows what they're doing is the oral surgeon that was a really sweet lady and what I see corporate don't care how how their employees and doctors treat their patients

I love Kool smiles .the environment is so friendly. They did a great job with my son thanks Dr. Jones and Ms. Javon job well done.

I really like koolsmiles ms.javon came and got me like a few minutes after my mom gave them the papers back and since I have been coming here they have got me and my brother in and out and I really like there service.

It's a okay service.. there are some errors that could be solved but overall they have good service.

My son had an appt with Dr pikus and assistant Javon and Desha and I enjoyed the visit. Son was nervous in the past for xrays but he at least was able to get a xray due to help of Ashley and Javon . Thank you staff.

For my first experience with these two Dr.Jones and assistant Javon spoke with me throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone. They were nice and I loved the way they assisted me know through everything.

Came in for my daughter appt after having to reschedule several times. Was happy to have been seen by Dr. Jones. And her assistant Ms. Javon. Was happy with everything. They where beyond sweet to my daughter and myself. Happy to have had them today and from her on out I want my children to be seen by them!
