We have had the pleasure of purchasing two cars through Tony cuffie for our son Jacolby. and have experienced the same honesty and professionalism both times. He has always guided us as well as help us purchase a car that not only looks good but right for our son. (I remember a Dodge that my son wanted but he would not sell it to him explaining why). To Tony Cuffie it's not just about selling a car it's about building long-term honest relationships thank you. We look forward to purchase again in the future from you.
I have bought a car here before, and that went great. However, I brought in a Fusion for some repairs (driver’s side door handle, and the climate control panel was dead). They fixed the door handle, no problem, but had to order electronic guts for the control panel, which were coming in the next day. I picked it up for that night, in order to bring it back the next morning. While backing out I heard an odd sound, and proceeded to park right back. To my dismay I saw that my right front tire wasn't just flatter than flat, it looked twisted. Now I do know that I needed some new tires soon, but it was not leaking or anything until this point. I did go ahead and drop a nice amount in addition to the other nice amount I already paid, and got a whole new set, chalking it off to coincidence. How they did not notice this driving it from the bay, I don't know. Went ahead and dropped the care off the next day, and they called around 8:30 AM to let me know they were done. Great, I told them I'll get the car around 3 PM. Went to get it, and as soon as I started to back out, I heard a ding ding ding I never heard before, and the red brake light came on, and the warning scrolled across my little screen saying the parking brake is engaged. Alright, no problem, right? Well, yeah, because it wasn't pulled up, and also wouldn't snap all the way back down, hence I was unable to disengage it. And, looking at the bottom middle console area, I could tell where it clearly was not snapped all the way back in. So, of course I walked right back to the service area, where the service salesman, and I feel that is really what they are, grabbed someone to look at it. He could clearly tell I was agitated, to say the least. I had to waste another 2 hours that I couldn't go back to work, same as the day prior. They did pull it back in, and ended up saying that something wasn't connected right, and fixed it, but here are my most pressing questions/problems: 1. How in the world did whomever drove the car from the service bay to the parking space not notice that the car was dinging and blinking, and scrolling a warning???2. I did not receive so much as an apology, no simple sorry, not anything. How is that good customer service or even acceptable???Going forward, I feel I could never purchase another car there, and if I ever do need to go to a Ford dealership again, it most likely won't be this one. I am willing to listen to follow up's if they feel they can rectify the situation.
My fault but I foolishly assumed when you buy a used car there would be two sets of keys..of course the dealer failed to mention it until all the paperwork was complete and vehicle rolled up....$140 later at the toyota dealer and I had a new set of keys....makes you wonder what else......
Very poor selling technique. I bought a new long distance and was surprised at the condition and poor service. I made a big mistake and hope no one else does the same. I regret tremendously dealing with them and buying a Chrysler.
I visited the showroom and talked with Stephen who made the arrangements. Now the Rogue is sitting in my driveway, thanks to all of the personnel at Jones who helped. To many names for me to remember all of them.
The waiting area is nice to wait in and the workers are friendly and hard working.
Great fast friendly service!
I especially liked the manner in which I was treated by the sales person (Ricardo Bowman). He is a people's person, very easy to work with, I felt at ease talking with him. He was very patient when explaining the different functions of the operation of the vehicle. Overall, I was treated with dignity and respect from everyone that I came in contact with.
Sarah and I wanted to take a minute to thank you, Charles, and the rest of your team for the hard work you put into locating her new Nissan Rogue. After several "need" changes, you were able to locate a vehicle that met almost all of her expectations - she is very happy with it. We know that her changes complicated matters somewhat, but appreciate your flexibility and perseverance -especially in light of the slim margins being offered. It was certainly a pleasure to deal with everyone from Jones - from pre- to post-sale support!
I purchased a vehicle from Stephen Geddings at Jones Nissan and truly had a wonderful experience. Stephen and the dealership took excellent care of my needs, and I am always recommending them to my friends and family! I not only got a great price, but also a great vehicle. If you are looking to get a new vehicle, then I believe you should certainly visit Jones Nissan and ask for Stephen Geddings! He's not just a salesman, he exceeds this by truly showing he cares.
