Having eaten at many Applebee's, we thought it would be a safe bet and a good place to take the kids once we moved to Summerville, SC area...WRONG! Never had a worse restaurant experience. Dirty and dingy facility...and workers! I really don't want to be greeted by a hostess with a nose ring in front nostrils, crumpled and dingy clothing! And what restaurant is "out of milk"??? When we asked the waitress what she recommended...she said, "Oh...I don't eat here!" Big clue. Down hill from there...order took forever and food was AWFUL! The only good thing was the electronic game on the table that kept the kids entertained throughout the nightmare...and it looked filthy, too. Don't take your family to THIS Applebee's!!!
We love eating here. Great place for the family, the peanuts keep the kids busy while we wait for food. Wait staff is quick and courteous. Steak always cooked right, and the rolls are excellent. Bathrooms tend to get a bit messy on the weekends and later in the evening. Otherwise, clean and comfortable for dinner!
Fast and friendly service. Delish sweet potato fries. Will have to come back and try more hotdog items, as there are so many choices.
I am pleased with the fence they installed for me in July, 2015. They submitted the paperwork to the HOU and took care of any other necessary paperwork in a professional manner. However soon after the original fence was installed I realized that I needed another gate. I contacted them and was told that it would take about two weeks. That was in August. I am still waiting despite repeated phone calls and e -mails. At this point it appears as if once the work is completed they don't care about following thru on any additional work or in returning phone calls or replying to e mails from former customers. I wish I had known this before I hired them...
The fence install was done to the HOA specifications. However, I am still waiting on warranty work to be done, and now I cannot get a call back. I requested this over 3 weeks ago. I will update this review once and if the work has been done.
Are you kidding me what is the point of having online ordering to go if I have to wait 32 minutes and then walk myself inside to get my food when I place an online order and can choose a time that I would like to pick it up it should be ready when it says it's going to be ready I walked into Applebee's at 6:32 when I place my order to be picked up at 6 o'clock and I placed my order at 5:30 so plenty of time to whip up to burgers and a kids meal walked into Applebee's was completely ignored for the first five minutes that I was standing there then was held for a second by someone saying all I know your orders in the back I didn't even know I had it it just got thrown in somehow waited another 10 minutes for her to walk past me three times stop and look at me again and say oh that's right your order this is absolutely ridiculous I paid $50 for food that is cold at this point and the service is god awful there is no kind of organization in this restaurant it wasn't even busy they had no excuse of why I was way I was waiting for so long for two burgers a kids meal and an appetizer absolutely ludicrous I will not be eating anything at Applebee's again
I give it one star because of the price. My 7 year old daughters breakfast cost more than mine (and not by much). $4.59 for three tiny pancakes, $3.89 for two sausage patties and $1.39 for a am milk. I had an omelette, some hash browns and one of those tiny pancakes for $9.39! I could have made homemade pancakes at home that were bigger and fluffier. Plus, who puts Velveeta cheese in an omelette ?..Gross!This was the first and will be the last time coming here...sorry...should have stayed with going to Perkins or IHop.
