I received a bad tire on Saturday. I had to bring it back on Monday. I requested to speak to the store manager, Brandon F., at 4pm because my alignment got messed up during the tire change on Saturday. Around 5:20 they tried to send me home without speaking to him. He finally came to speak to me & talk to me like I was stupid. He claimed there's no way that could happen. Another employee stepped in to say the manager was wrong & they should check my alignment. The store manager screamed at me "We're not gonna give you a free alignment! " I told him that his tone was awful & he's an awful manager with terrible customer service. He then yelled, "make an appointment, we might take care of it if I think it was our fault!" I just want my car back the way I gave it to them. I felt so helpless & defeated that I left in tears with my 9 year old daughter in tow.
I had a slow leak in a tire. Dropped it off, they dismounted the tire, cleaned the rim, put in a new valve stem, really a need the tire. All for free, how can you ask for better service.
Typical rip-off tire store. If you are looking for rude customer service, and a business who will not offer you the price of their ADVERTISED specials, then this is the place for you. Had to give it one star to post, not really worth any!
First of all I would like to comment to Harpo about his post on Geralds discriminating against bikers. Don't you realize they would not plug it because you don't plug bike tires...you replace them! So, they just may have saved your life. You should be thankful of the knowledge they have instead of complaining. I find everyone at Geralds helpful, knowledgeable and most of all honest! They will never try to sell you something you don't need. That's hard to come by now-a-days. Yes, you may have to wait, but that's just because they are so busy because people trust them.
Arrived when the first opened at 7:30 AM for shocks and struts, they told it would take three to four hours. It is now 1:55 PM and I am still waiting!!! Wish I would have known it would take this long from the start...SHOULD HAVE WENT TO MEINEKE!
Told me my tire needed replaced for $200. Second opinion showed my tire was fine. Thank god for honest people.
In May of 2012 I decided to buy tires for my truck because they had the best deal and the sales guys were friendly and helpful. Issue #1 was they slyly sold me an alignment package that I never used by saying it came with the tires. Issue #2 I figured I would get my oil changed while I was there, after all they are professionals.... Two months later when my oil light came on I found out they didn't TIGHTEN MY OIL FILTER!! If it wasn't a Toyota the engine probably would have been ruined. I called to tell them but they denied everything after all its been two months, and it probably "jiggled loose" Never again will they get my business.
Couldn't even put the right size tires on my car. Never again
poor workmanshipnot timely at allbreak more than they fixhad my car there 4 times each with a different diagnosis still not fixed
Been going here for years! One of the only garages that just fixes what you need done, doesnt try to tell you random other things that "need fixing." Customer service is great.
