Little Caesars

3 of the last 4 times I have been there I have had to wait on meat lovers pizza and pepperoni pizzas an average of 15 to 30 minutes. So much for hot and ready pizzas

good place but all the pizzas are slightly undercooked. The "ready to go pepperoni" is pretty good. But other than that all my pizzas have been undercooked and ive been eating there for several years. i ordered a thin crust a week ago and couldnt eat it because the dough was like wet tissue paper. dont get me wrong i like little ceasars, i just think they should bake their pizzas a little longer or turn the heat up on the oven. I have stoped going to your Little Caesars in Summerville SC. It's very not cool that the owner tells me that the if I want to buy the $10.00 supreme fine but I cannot pay more to add pineapple. She say the pizza is deeply discounted to the $10.00 I say well if I pay full price for the extra topping then your profit margin is bigger for the whole pizza! She then tells meIi can buy the pizza pineapple but will have to pay for each topping individually and it would be a-lot more. She also tells me the PC wont let her do it. Liar the store across town does it but its not owned by her but by Kmart. I called the 1-800 # and they said it is not right but they can do nothing because she is an Owner Op. Any other chain want a new customer because I'm done with the the Liar/Owner! I posted this on the web for the whole world to see! I am so pissed of that I had to go the store and buy my topping because you are too lazy to learn how to operate your PC. AGAIN your 1-800 number even said it could be done! I am so mad that I will forever bad mouth your store location. Bad Bad Customer Service! You have to competion in Summerville, SC to not be willing to make extra PROFIT on you product. I think I may even put on my car windows how bad your store is and drive up and down the street. I own a food service company and all my customers are very happy are yours? I was told by your 1-800 that it would be referred back to the local store owner! So here is my message and I hope you can tell how pissed off I am and I will tell everyone you SUCK!
