Rudest workers ever! I asked about my dog and rates since he was staying there, and the younger worker was very rude. I travel a lot, and this is the worst kennel I have ever taken my dog too!! Very wishy washy with service

We have been taking our 2 dogs here to board when we were out of town. Since they are owned and right next to our vet we figured they would take good care of them. Everytime we picked our dogs up there was always something wrong with our Shepherd. We didn't really think a lot of it because she get sick pretty easily. It wasn't untill we picked her up this last time when her eye was raw, red, and oozy that we were concerned. We asked the staff about it and the chalked it up to soap in her eye from her bath, that they hadn't seen it. But there was no way it would look that bad from saop. So we took her to the vet at a local PetsMart, and it turned out she had a severe infection that had been there for a few days. I usderstand that dogs get sick, thats not what I was upset about. It was that they are literally in the same building as the vet and they didn't take her to see him. We had signed a waiver saying that if she did get sick we would pay the extra bill. But they were too lazy to take care of my dog. I would never recommed them. EVER

I have been taking my dog here to be groomed for quite awhile. Up until recently I didn't have a problem with them. She is 14 years old and I asked them always to please be gentle with her because of her age. She always has been groomed there pretty good but this last time when I went to pick her up, she was infested with fleas even after I had her shaved down and flea dipped, which I always have done when the weather starts getting warm. The next day I called and complained because when I took her there, she had no fleas but when I brought her home she was totally infested. I called and spoke to one of the groomers and was told the manager would call me back. Of course she never did. Not only did I pay for the grooming, the flea medicine for the back of her neck and capstar which is supposed to kill fleas immediately but I had to keep bathing her every day to try and get rid of the infestation. A couple of days later she was dragging her back leg and walking sideways. I honestly feel that something happened that day because she definitely was in good condition when I took her there. Then I had to take her to Dr. Lawson, I mentioned how disappointed I was with her grooming but he said nothing. He did a check up and put her on pain meds and said it was either arthritis or hip dysplasia and that she had a heart murmur.. He wants to take an exray now under anesthesia to find out more. Am I going to let him, NO. If she has a heart murmur I don't feel she should be anesthesized and I don't want to put her through any more pain. It just amazes me that she was fine before I took her to be groomed. I will be looking for a new Vet and groomer now, that I can trust.

Our 9 month old "Westie" Jeffrey loves to go here. He always looks so cute and smells fantastic after he has been groomed. We have boarded him there twice ( last week for 6 days) and he was a happy little camper when we picked him up. Ashley was very helpful.
