Gerald's Tires & Brakes

I received a bad tire on Saturday. I had to bring it back on Monday. I requested to speak to the store manager, Brandon F., at 4pm because my alignment got messed up during the tire change on Saturday. Around 5:20 they tried to send me home without speaking to him. He finally came to speak to me & talk to me like I was stupid. He claimed there's no way that could happen. Another employee stepped in to say the manager was wrong & they should check my alignment. The store manager screamed at me "We're not gonna give you a free alignment! " I told him that his tone was awful & he's an awful manager with terrible customer service. He then yelled, "make an appointment, we might take care of it if I think it was our fault!" I just want my car back the way I gave it to them. I felt so helpless & defeated that I left in tears with my 9 year old daughter in tow.

I had a slow leak in a tire. Dropped it off, they dismounted the tire, cleaned the rim, put in a new valve stem, really a need the tire. All for free, how can you ask for better service.

First of all I would like to comment to Harpo about his post on Geralds discriminating against bikers. Don't you realize they would not plug it because you don't plug bike tires...you replace them! So, they just may have saved your life. You should be thankful of the knowledge they have instead of complaining.

I find everyone at Geralds helpful, knowledgeable and most of all honest! They will never try to sell you something you don't need. That's hard to come by now-a-days. Yes, you may have to wait, but that's just because they are so busy because people trust them.

I have purchased tires,brakes and other services form this Gerald's Tires location as well as others. Every time I arrive I get treated like my work is the most important work they have to perform. The price is always very good. I do not feel the need to test their pricing as they have always been very competitive in the past. I trust Gerald's Tires to do the repairs on my cars that carry my family, which is the most trust I can put on a business.
