Horrible experience. After 2 visits and $800 my cooler still isn't working and company refuses to come back without charging another full price visit. Huge waste of money.

Installed two brand new units five years ago. Spent hundreds on repairs since then. Today they charged $172 diagnosis fee only to tell me they couldn't find the leak.

We are sorry you feel this way. I have looked over your account and I have found that the new unit was put in on 3/29/11. According to our invoices, we were called back on out 7/24/14 due to a problem with the fan motor. It was noted that the night before there was a thunderstorm. This motor was covered under the factory warranty. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not pay labor on these claims. The next time we were called was on 5/29/15, and we did not charge anything for this call. Your last service call was on 1/20/16. Our technician found multiple problems. You were low on refrigerant, and a control board was found to be bad. Though you weren't charged, our technician did do an electronic leak search and could not pin point a leak. Sometimes, pin hole leaks are so small that they cannot be found. In addition, the tech called to find out about the manufacturers' warranty and did not charge for that time. We did charge for the refrigerant that was put into your system, the service call and the in-depth trouble shooting. I know that people's perceptions are their realities, however in this case, we have not been to your home every year. We would like to continue to help you. We work hard for all of our customers. I hope that I have explained things clearly, but if I have not, please feel free to contact me at the office.
