My generator wouldn't start. It was a Korean brand they weren't familiar with and weren't even sure they could get parts for it. But pretty soon I got a call saying it was done. Very reasonable price, too. I highly recommend this shop.

I cannot recommend this business. We brought our mower to be repaired because it wouldn't start. It took close to 3 weeks to be finished and the bill was pricey. Since that repair, our mower is now leaking oil, which it did not do before. We brought the mower back and we were met with a lot of resistance by the man who did the actual repair. The owner, however, agreed to look at it. I called 4 days later, and they still had not looked at it. When I asked why, I was told, "First come, first served." This was extremely upsetting to me because I felt like this was NOT a new repair, but it was connected to the original work and therefore, should have received priority. When I expressed this to the gentlemen, he became very defensive and politely rude. I will be going today to pick up my mower. SLMHR has lost a customer.
