I like this Verizon Store. For the most part everyone is very friendly and knowledgable. However, I was just their on Sunday 6/9/13 to upgrade my phone. Chris is the rep that was helping me; rather NOT helping me! I had to coax information from him and the he stated that I might want to consider paying my past due bill before trying to get another phone! I did not have a past due bill! When I asked to have another rep help me he got very aggitated and asked what he had done. I didn't want to go into all the detail of how he made me feel like I was a bother, so I just said he doesn't seem very enthusiastic about helping me. He laughed... A few minutes later another rep came out to help. He said he could not help me unless I had some ID. This had never happened before, I was just in there a week earlier to upgrade another phone and didn't have any trouble. It was pretty obvious at that point that I was just being given a hard time. I left, came home and ordered my phone online. I will be going back to that store, but will make sure I deal with the 2 people who helped me before. Rafaela and the manager...don't know his name. Chris should not be working with the public!!!
