This place keeps calling me even though its a wrong number. I have told them several times that its the wrong number and they say they are putting down that it is a wrong number. I cant block the number because they call from a different number / agent. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. I had to sign up for YP just so I can post this. Im sure this could be considered telemarketer harassment, maybe looking into that will be my next step.

I've been working with Miler Properties (specifically, Jeanene Fernett) for the past eight years to manage my home in Summerville. I chose Miler Properties when I took a work assignment out-of-state (I was active-duty Air Force at the time). I have nothing but high praise for Jeanene. She's always been very easy to work with, professional, courteous, and prompt with any issues that came up. Jeanene's always been exceptionally quick to respond to my emails or phone calls...that's been my experience over an 8-year period. For the first couple years, Jeanene was the full-time property manager for our home. More recently, I've been utilizing Miler's tenant locator service which involves transitioning renters, marketing the home for rent, establishing new contracts, inspecting the home, and recommending service contractors when needed. We currently live halfway across the country and I have no plans on switching providers. Jeanene's been absolutely terrific to work with!
My husband is USAF and we rented from MIler for two years. When we first tried to move in on July 1, they called us on June 30 to tell us that the house wasn't ready and we'd have to wait until July 10. Then it became July 15. Finally on July 18, we were able to move in. The house was absolutely filthy. The microwave and fridge were covered in food, and the floors were extremely dirty. I called MIler and they informed me that the cleaning crew had been there but they could send them back if I wanted them to. I said yes, and then was told it'd be 48 hours before they could come back. When we moved out, we were emailed a prorated amount and give then check out list. I did ever single item on that list (including scrubbing the baseboards that were dirty when we moved in) and just received my deposit back. It is 730 dollars less than what we paid. They charged me to clean the entire house, and are charging us extra rent. I tried to call and dispute this, but no one there seems to care. We went through 3 different property managers during our two years with them, and were never told we had a new one unless we had to call with a complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, rude, and do not care about their tenants.
I was looking for a rental home. I looked at a few properties, including some from other property management companies. I happened to like the one from Miler Properties and put my application in. I was approved with no problems. The place was in good condition, just needed a small clean up from being vacant for awhile. Whenever I needed something, I emailed them and got things taken care of. Even if something happened after office, they have an after hours phone where if there is an emergency, they will find someone to come out to help.My experience has been fine with the company, but I'm pretty laid back. They've taken care of whatever I needed, and seemed to be genuine about it. They all have been very nice, and in the end, that's the type of people I like doing business with.
