AT&T

Do NOT buy any Apple Products from the AT&T store in Summersville, WV. I bought a IPhone XS Max and a IPhone XS along with insurance on both last night. We got home last night and the XS won’t charge. Tried multiple chargers with no luck. I called AT&T earlier today they advised it is under the 14 day warranty and to take it back to the store. I drive back to the AT&T store (they tried hard wired and wireless charging with no luck) they advised me I cannot return the faulty product I bought here less than 24 hours ago. They advised me I would need to call Apple and file a claim with them. I called AT&T back they said the store should take the phone back. They tried to help me with Apple who advised the store should take the phone back. Apple advised me I can drive to Pittsburgh, PA to exchange the phone with Apple or they will send me a new phone with a $999 hold on my credit card and they will also charge me $29.99 restocking fee. I am now out a phone, monthly charges, a glass screen protector and two trips to Nicholas county.
