No service after the sale!
Professional Marine installed a new Hi-Tide boat lift in 2019. Shortly after putting the boat on the lift for the first time 1 of the I beams sunk about 1 inch. It hasn't sunk any more so I was just going to have them adjust the platform when they came out to do the annual service that was promised and stated in my contract. Problem is they never came to do the annual service. I have been trying to contact them since last year and the only person I can talk to is the person that answers the phone. I keep being told the owner will call me back, but he never does.
