Terminix

They have gone to a totally automated system. I found it impossible to talk to local the office. All calls are routed through the national office. Appointments are scheduled nationally and not always communicated to local office. I changed my schedule only to have no one show up on several occasions. I keep getting reminders of appointments scheduled for inspections that have already been completed. The system is broken!
