My daughter had surgery and the hospital called in her prescriptions 2 times CVS said she wasn't in there system, this is not the first time we have had issues filling our childrens prescriptions, and we live an hour away from the farmacy so when this happens we have to wait in town for an hour or longer for it to get straightened out, and both times this has happened it was different hospitals, this time we called the hospital and they are transferring the information to the Walgreens down the road. So while we wait with our 3 year old daughter who is in pain in the parking lot, I thought I would share this horrible experience in a review, the CVS sais it is because their computers are backed up, but that is what they said the last time it happened as well, Update I am adding this part of the review a little after I wrote the last part, the hospital called them again to figure out what is going on, we left the hospital at 1200,it is now 200, they told the hospital that the new itinerary my daughter needs after her surgery won't be ready till after 430, my daughter is starting to bleed out of her nose and mouth because of not having the medicine, the hospital called the Walgreens down the road and they said they will have it ready in the next 20 mins, im so happy the Walgreens here is on point. 2 of my wife's friends just told me they have had the same problem with this same CVS
As a business , you sure do need to do some updating on the web . Your hours listed is Wrong on the web or at the store . A person never knows which one is correct . This past week , the drive-in was closed due to manpower ( according to sign on window ). You need to pay more so you can hire dependable help . The Beglis store sucks as far as service ( as I`v said before ) .
They repeatedly lost prescriptions sent from my doctor. I had to keep calling the doctor to have him send the prescriptions, yet whenever I went in to CVS or called, they said they never got anything. They're not very friendly, either, but I would forgive that if they could at least get the job done.
I WILL NOT BE USING THIS PHARMACY AGAIN.MOST OF THE HELPERS ARE NOT CERTIFIED AND RUDE.DISGUSTED.
My son has RSV called a 2 nd time to see if it's ready so I dnt hv to take him out. Stayed on hold for 20 mins noone ever answered the ph. 12-2-14 @6:30 pm. Don't give business to these people they suck at least answer the ph and say we will call u back r something!
This place service sucks!!!! They tell you 2 hours on script then you call to see if it is ready yet and tell you it will be another hour this us ridiculous some people need their meds right away and are in lots of pain and you have to suffer because they are so Damn slow
