Earl has taken care of our cars for awhile now, and recently, a friend's clutch went out on her jeep. After 2 MISdiagnosis from 2 other shops, one being a dealership that wanted over $2,000 to fix it, Earl diagnosed it in less than 15 minutes and had it fixed the next day for 1/2 the price the dealership wanted. My mother took her car to have the catalytic converter replaced, instead he replaced my expensive spark plug wires with cheap crap wires. He also "supposedly" replaced the thermostat gasket, I checked he did not but he charged $100 for it. He was asked to just replace the catalytic converter, and after $1000 to do just that the catalytic converter will not pass emissions and he refuses to fix it or refund money.
