        Mickey Mouse operation

        Small place, owner is a nasty old woman who also answers the phone and harasses callers. Not sure what her problem is. I received a call on my job and called back to return it, the owner insulted me, called me a liar, and said it makes her "uneasy" when she receives phone calls at her business! What kind of nonsense is this?
