        I had been waiting for 5 days for the first company I contacted to clean out our septic tank. After giving up due to them not updating me on the status if my appointment I called Crouse Concepts at approximately 4:30 pm and they were here at 7:30 am the next morning. Eric Crouse and his son showed up and had to find the septic tank and then empty it. They were so nice, courteous and professional and I was so impressed!! I cannot thank them enough! I highly recommended Crouse Concepts!
