Ordered food at Sugarland, TX. Jun Z (Tag) opened each box on checkout and dropped food back into the cooking bowls saying “too much food”, right in front of me. Boxes were half-empty, dirty. Insulting, Embarrasing. Unprofessional. Treated like second class guests. Guest Relations Tamyria was unresponsive to my complaint.

I went this morning for a breakfast jack with bacon, and I got ham. I tried to eat it but it was to SALTY. I tried to call No answer. HORIBLE.
I was so disappointed and mad today at Sarku Japan's cashier named Javier. He was so rude in treating customers like me. Instead of apologizing, he kept on insisting that I ordered "noodles" instead of a side order "shrimp tempura". This is the first time that I have ever encountered a "rude" cashier at Sarku Japan First Colony mall branch.
