I picked up my medicine TRI MIX. I used the first dosage about a week later and it didn’t work, tried again the next day with no positive results. After that I went out of town for about three weeks. When I returned took the medicine back to the pharmacy and explained to the person taken care of that the medicine did not work and that I had never had any problems before. He stated why I waited so long, I explained to him that I was out of town. He said that there was anything he could do. I told him that it was ridiculous since I had paid quite a bit of money, than he stated that he could discount it and I asked him how much it would be, the price was still pretty close to what I paid initially. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Will refill your script without your permission, mail it to you and tell you that you have to pay for it. The excuse? "We called you and left a message and since you didn't call back we assumed you wanted another refill".You cannot take silence as assumed consent and considering that the US Justice Department is investigating this very type of health insurance fraud, I would steer clear of this pharmacy and these tactics.
I can't believe my doctor and insurance company do business with this scam artist. Refill without permission, send prescriptions before they tell you co-pay. I'd rather be sick than do business with this outfit.
Called me and left a voicemail with copay charges. When I did not call back they assumed I wanted it shipped and was OK with these charges. What a joke.
I am stunned! I read the other reviews and the same thing happened to me. It's Impossible they do the same thing to completely different customers. When I called to ask about the co-pay, they said it was 200 dollars and I said: please come pick it up immediately, it's in my fridge, I did not authorize it and I cannot afford. they said they had called me, they really did, but they never called me back to send the estimate, it only happened after the product was delivered! Really shocking. Run!
I don't even know where to start. I wouldn't even give them one star. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have had to deal with in a long time. I had people lie to me, hang up on me. it took a month to finally get a med. Filled with them. Only for 2 people to tell me it would cost $50 and then after they shipped the medicine, surprise! I got a bill for $868.30! Tried to send it back and they said that no one should have told me it would have cost $50. And because it had been a week I couldn't return it. Any other pharmacy I have dealt with tells you how much it will cost before they even make it! No one seemed to know what they were doing, I live in daily pain and for your pain med. To take over a month to fill is unacceptable. I would not use this pharmacy if you have a choice, go somewhere else!
Nicest people ever. They really took time to work with my insurance and explain the medication. Only 4 stars because the hours are a bit hard to work around compared to big box pharmacies.
You can't ask for a nicer staff or a better pharmacy. I will always use them and I always, happily recommend my friends when I can.
These guys are amazing. I have never had things run as smoothly as they have with this pharmacy. Highly recommended.
Staff and OWNER are so incompentent & so rude! Also, very dishonest. I found out they were trying to charge me for something that my insurance DID cover. Not willing to help you, they are just mean and rude people. No customer service what-so-ever!! One girl by the name of Kellie was extremly disrespectful and rude to me. Kept wanting to argue and fight with me. The OWNER was saying ugly things about me to her staff as I was standing right there. So disrespectful and that is not how you retain or gain business. I would never do business with them ever again and suggest you find another Pharmacy.
