This place is terrible. They stated they could not see the baby in one paragraph but then stated they could in another in a report. They gave me a cd that had no pictures on it. I will never go back and will share this information everywhere I can so it will force them to get rid of incompetent doctors.

I was forced to hand over a copay even though CIGNA told them I was not required to pay one. The bill was paid in full by CIGNA but FT Bend Imaging filed a false credit report against me for $2,200. This was after my bill was over paid. I have been trying to get the hundreds of dollars refunded for 3 years now but no luck.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The will steal your money and file credit claims against you!You have been warned
I DONOT recommend this facility to anyone . I went to this imaging center for an ankle Xray as it opens on saturday. the order recd on thursday for a saturday xray and I was a self pay patient .I reached there @0915 after waiting for 1.30 hour they said that the doctors name can not be pulled in their system and disagreed to do my Xray .The staffs were very very rude ,very unprofessional and very very mean . They were rude to the clinic as wellas to my mom . The staff she disconnected the line saying she is very busy with patient and donot have enough staff to assist . It is very unpleasant , and inconvienence to a patient who comes with an injury . This facility needs to have knowledgeable staff with a positive attitude to the patient . I called diagnostic MRI and they were very very helpful . I donot recommend to any patient who needs help with the medical condition to this place . I cannot give any rating on expertism or professionalism to the staff or the facility .

I love this facility! My doctor scheduled me for an MRI at Memorial Hermann and they wanted $428.00, of which my insurance would pay none. I called FB Imaging and they did the whole procedure for $75.00, because I explained the situation. Every time I have been back they have been exemplary!
WHile the front desk young lady was a bit terse, or hurried I suspect, I realize that one employee should not speak for the whole organization. I have been to Ft. Bend Imaging many times over the past decade or so and this experience was in the end no different than all of my other visits...good overall. Jennifer should receive a HUGE pat o n the back as the Office Manager, as when presented with an issue of them not having my orders, she promptly went to solving the problem and accomodating me to the very best of her ability. She is a jewel in that office. The medical field is chock full of offices that have less than compassionate or concerned employees as there is an immense demand for doctors, tests, etc. It is rare to find someone that genuinely cares about how we feel as patients and to be treated as something other than a $ sign and a number. At least I did not leave this facility feeling like the proverbial number last Friday. Thank you Jennifer and lillte CT scan operator. You were both very helpful and pleasant to work with!
