My wife and I take our vehicles here to get them detailed about every 6-9 months. They do an AMAZING job. I wouldn't recommend another car wash more than I do them. They always take care of our vehicles and make sure it is as good as new when we get them back. We have kids and dogs, so just imagine the job they have to do in order to get it back to new. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
They do an excellent job. The attention to detail is what I care about most, and they don't miss a spot. I use them for my personal vehicle & for one of our staff appreciation gifts.

As my truck was going through the wash an employee jumped in and speed off the tracks not letting the dryers complete their job. First time and last time I will be here and I will be contacting upper management. Will be spreading the word as well, with this service won't be open much longer...

I guess I'm the only one so far who's had a good experience with them. I take my car pretty often for the $5 basic wash, and they do a good job of pre-scrubbing and thoroughly wiping it down after the wash, much better than you'd ever get from a gas station. The $13 cleaning of inside and out …
We have used Greatwood auto for all our collision (2×)& detailing work for a few years. My husband and I take great care of our vehicles and know any scratch or ding which may occur. Well this last time in July I took my vehicle in for a repair on the left side due to a Collision that was a res…
I have tried every car wash in the area. Hands down they are the best Pecan Grove Auto Spa. I don't mind waiting an extra 5 minutes because the people are making sure they clean every inch of the dash, seats, etc. They really went the extra mile to give my car a deep clean.
23. Auto Max
I absolutely love the Mechanic Mr Charles he is the best and my car runs amazing because of him. The front desk manager before we're kind of rude but those individuals are no longer there. I have recommended many neighbors to Auto Max.

THIS PLACE WON'T CLAEN YOUR CAR, AND WHAT'S WORST THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR!Wish I've read the reviews before I went to this place. It's the WORST place ever. I've paid $28 to clean the inside and outside + $3 extra (yes they charge more if your car have dirt!!) But anyway, it still sounds like a fair deal right? But wait untill you see the car when it's "DONE".So after 35mins waiting, I see the inside of my car was obiously not cleaned or even wiped by a cloth. All the stains, dust, dirt, even trash! STILL THERE! Under the seats were also not vacummed. When I asked them why they just told me (very rude) I need to pay more for the detailed cleaning. Excuse me? But I've paid to get my car's inside to be cleaned, I'm not asking you to clean every details but to simply wipe off the dust and vacumm the floor, so what is included in the package I've paid then???And that's not the worst part. So when I decide to just let it go and pay then leave, that's when I realized they broke my car. The side bumper protection was bended, and when I showed to them they just told me that's not their responsbility, and they refuse to fix or to do anything to help and then just left me (7 month pregnant women) there and told me they will call the police if I don't pay.I have to ended up call the police first to get this place reported, but unfortunately the police officer cannot offer any help either since it is just a "he says and she says" situation. And since they did provide me a "car washing" service, I still need to pay. And to get them to fix my car, I will have to go through court. *Sigh*I guess this is how it is then, bad people always get their way right?? But hey, god is watching. And the best tip I can provide you? NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!
Worst service I have had with this car wash. Current manager needs to be replaced; needs social skills; does not know how to relate to customers issues.
DON'T GO THERE! OWNER IS A LIAR AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!Worst service and car wash I have ever experienced! Went and asked for a price for a complete car wash including shampooing the seats and owner provided me with a price. When the car was done and I inspected how it was cleaned, only a small portion of the seat was shampooed. I addressed this to the owner and he said that they will shampoo the rest of the spots for an additional 79 dollars. Don't go there!!!!
Great car wash. Best job in town. Great service friendly people. Clean car every time. I do the monthly package
I went in a week ago Friday Feb, 19th. Had a full service clean. Paid $49.99. I did not notice when I got in the car, that the young man doing my car, thought it necessary to steal my license plate covers and also helped himself to the cup holder mechanism in my Infinity. Which according to the dealer, is $300 to replace. Had no idea they operated as a quasi-chop shop as well as cleaning service for my car. When I realized the items were gone, I contacted the manager, he never did anything. Including refunding the cost of the car wash.I am done with looking the other way with things like this. I am (a) filing in small claims court for reimbursement for the replacement part. I am also reaching out to INS to report them, I am certain several of the people that work there are not legal to work in the US and are clearly there to steal and thieve from patrons. We will see how expensive it is for an owner to endorse theft and also illegal aliens at the work place.
Horrible!!!! They stole $400 out of my car. 2 minutes later they wouldn't tell me who worked on my car nor would they show the video surveillance.
Worst money I've ever spent! The volume they have = subpar service, at best.
BEWARE: NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE ALERTThis review is for the windshield repair services that Mister Car Wash offers and allows on their premises. My technician's name was Kevin with Mister Auto Glass.I will say one positive point that the communication with the insurance company was prompt and repairs were started quickly. Trouble began before Kevin even started on my car. He told the customer in line before me, "the chip MOVED, I just wanted to show you so you can take a look at it and see if it is OK". Why tell the customer it is OK after you have messed up their windshield? What if I say "No, it is not okay?" Geez. When it came to my car, the SAME thing happened. He called me over and said "the crack moved". He pointed that it had grew 5 inches vertically. But he did not point to the downward crack that also now extended all the way to the bottom EDGE of the windshield. He said, "it is HOT, your windshield is very HOT. The glue is much cooler, so when I put the glue in the crack, it made the crack MOVE".What do you mean it MOVED? Do you mean the crack got WORSE because you knowingly screwed up and botch every one's windshield on a sunny hot day because you can neither improve your trade skills nor care to improve your equipment? I happen to know a lot about acrylic UV glues and their chemical activators, require UV-A, typically centered at 365nm, to initiate the curing process. The technician could have (1) temporarily shaded the repair spot with a reflective sun shade, that costs several dollars, while other repairs were being made or (2) could have invested in a UV curing lamp and performed the operation safely in the shade. Even UV fingernail polish curers at salons that cost 20-30 dollars, emit the required wavelength for cure activation, additionally some of which are battery operated and therefore portable. Ultimately, the repairer could have simply asked for my keys, had my car waiting in the shade/awning - of which there is much of at Mister Car Wash - and driven it out into the sun when the suction was ready to be applied to the break.I should have just bought the suction device, proper viscosity UV glue for the job, and done it myself - because now I will have to dish out the same amount to replace my windshield because it looks like a cracked iphone.I would like to emphasize that the technician REPEATEDLY and KNOWINGLY proceeded to perform repairs in risky glue up conditions, showing NEGLIGENCE and incompetence in his trade. I would avoid at all costs unless you want you want your repair crack to get worse by 5-10 times by the time the crack "stops moving" because the technician put undue thermal stress on your windshield, WITH PRIOR KNOWLEDGE THAT THIS WOULD OCCUR. To me, absolutely unacceptable. Having no leverage on the quality of the repair including defending myself against negligence, makes me even more dissatisfied.
