After talking to the team while whelping a litter of puppies, they were very helpful. They were also great when I had to take my in the next day regarding a possible infection. Great team and service.

I had to have my very old and very ill dog put to sleep. Everyone at the clinic was very sensitive and caring to both my pet and me, and it was very much appreciated.

Wish I could be more specific....but everything was great. Even though our kitty's prognosis was poor, a full explanation of why was received and all our concerns were addressed.

We rescued a dog that had been hit by a car, and your veterinarian and staff were great, since we had no real history on the dog. The dog was treated so professionally, as well as myself.

It was a great experience, they took great care of my dog.

The experience was better than expected. The only thing was the length of time it took to check in and out. But, in both cases, it was a weekend/emergency situation so I assume staff was a lot less than during normal business hours.

I visited the clinic three times, once to have my cat checked out, the second time to put him to sleep, and the last time to put a stray kitten to sleep. Each time I visited, the staff was very caring and compassionate.

From the first consultation with Dr. Novosad, we were immediately comfortable with having our dog treated there. He presented all the options and was very thorough in explaining the condition our dog was in. We truly appreciated the work performed and the care given. We felt he truly had her well being in mind. Dr. Zimmerman was terrific and appreciated the follow up call after her surgery and when we got home. She did. Wonderful job on her. Our dog is cancer free thanks to slvs.

Unfortunatley we had to bring one of our three Jacks the clinic after an infection set in after a little brawl over a bone. Being new to the area we have not established a vet locally and still maintain our louisiana vet due to regualar visits back home. The staff was very understanding to our sitiuation and took very good care of our little Abby as well as us during such a difficult time. We even recieved a credit in the mail a few weeks later when the clinic later learned of a slight over charge to our account! AWESOME!!
