Took my F-250 diesel in for new tires 12/10/14 with an online appointment at 11am. Arrived, so about 11:30 I still see the guys standing around doing nothing so I asked,"what's the problem ?". They informed me the tires required high pressure valve stems and they only had two but will look for some more. Another half hour goes by, and they finally put the truck up on the lift. Now it's 2pm and they say it's ready to go. I go out and the tires look fine, but 2 valve stems stick way outside the profile of the tires, 1 stem is correct, and 1 is the old one I had on when I drove up. I asked what's going on ? They said well the two sticking out are the ones we had, we got the correct one from Discount Tire next door, and then used one of your used ones. I told them it was unacceptable and call me when they had the proper ones to replace. They called that evening and said we have them, so next day another 30 mile trip to the place and they replaced them. Two days later I noticed one tire was very low, so I filled it up. Next day it was 10 lbs low again. Another 30 mile trip back to get them to fix it. When they were done they said, "OK here you go". No sorry, no apologies, no kiss my foot, nothing. Hope the tire holds air so I don't have to go back. I don't have room or time to discuss the mechanic there that put 55 lbs of pressure in the 285/75R/16 tire that holds 80lbs and told me he was "required to put that much in or he would get in trouble". These people are clueless.
