I had a dream one night and I could not get the vision out of my head. ''The People's Agent'' words kept dancing in my mind, so I called. My situation was bad to very worse. That was less than 2 months ago I made that call and now I am moving and my home is being sold to a happy new owner. I did not think the weight of my problems could be near fixed. I had too many roommates and my place looked a very hot mess. The King Quality Real Estate Team has abilities to make-shifts in people's homes without lifting a finger! It would take every man to build a Pyramid to fix my problems and I do not know what all they had to bear, but I have closely avoided a disastrous foreclosure into a short sale. I doubt any other team in the world could have done the great works here, because everything seemed hopeless. I am very grateful for all of the time and effort this Team put in and I recommend 100% for all Real-Estate inquiry and needs. I have not met a more dedicated professional in Hampton Roads in all of my home searching. Thank you so very much.
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would.I called about available properties and was given several addresses and told to call back if I wanted to see them. When I called back the next the owner Bo Holland, said the property wasn't available and hung up. I called back and spoke to the "receptionist" who said for $5 I could get a key to see the place. When I asked if they had any idea when it would be ready she said she didn't know what the big deal was either I wanted to see it or I didn't. When I told her that her customer service sucked she said mine did then she put the phone down! I went to the office thinking the owner would have more sense but nope! He started ranting about how he shouldn't do business with me because I said his receptionist's didn't have customer service, how I was wasting his time he didn't care what I had been told before none of the properties on their available list were actually move-in ready so I could see them but he wouldn't be able to tell me when I could move in. So I'm standing there looking at him like he's insane and he has the audacity to ask me if I'm "all there", and keeps saying maybe he shouldn't do business with me. Then he asked if I had any money to get the key to look at the place I couldn't move into. I gave them the little $5 just as an F- u for him implying I didn't have it. She gave me the key and I gave it right back, I wouldn't dare do business with those lunatics. She returned the $5. Haha. I think they have a mental imbalance or drug problem because none of the situation was logical. They have cheap rental rates so I guess they think people that contact them are desperate and can be talked to any kind of way. Rent at your own risk!
