I recently was involed in an accident, and needed a rental car. I chose Enterprise as they are very close to my house and I have always received great service from the staff when I needed a rental. When I walked in, they were expecting me and had 3 vehicles that were in line with what I was looking for. I made my selelct, Jordan and I walked around the vehicle, I signed the paperwork and I was gone. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, I dropped it off, took the key inside, and left. Enterprise is such an easy company to work with, and the staff is always courteous, and friendly. They treat each customer the same. That's why I keep going back to Enterpirse everytime I need/want a rental; their customer service is top notch!!!!!
Enterprise in Suffolk would have gotten a 5 star rating if I only wrote the review on the staff. The staff are very courteous. The car that I rented however was not a 5 star rating. Driving through the mountains I had issues with the car (the RPM's keep getting stuck like the vehicle was not shifting correctly), one of the tires needed air everyday (5 day rental) and on the last day the car did not recognize the key (remote key fob) and did not want to start. Upon return of the car I was given a code for a "free" upgrade on my next rental. I do hope that they have this car fixed. I was told upon pick up that it had just came back from being serviced. It did have over 35,000 miles on it.
Nicest vehicles I've seen at a rental location. I'll definitely be back :)
