These teens that they are hiring in the drive thru taking orders are horrible. If you dont want to work in fast food then dont get the job, no wonder everybody goes to Chic Fila. Bad customer service.
In Virginia 5years first time have this fried chicken sooooo good ,coleslaw is fresh, biscuits is soft and fresh too ! Service is great... The manager name is Joe , wow.. I was expected ,because been long time don't have great meal in fast food like this !!! Is awesome...
I am a fifth generation farmer and the owner/operator of a manufacturing business. I have been to this business 4 consecutive times where I sat in my truck for approximately 20 minutes each time waiting for someone to take my order from the drive thrue. People always become lined up behind me waiting. No one ever takes my order, so I leave. However, as soon as I leave, the people behind me get their orders taken right away. I'm not exactly certain why I cannot receive service at this business. I drive a lifted truck so perhaps that has something to do with it. This is the last time I go to a McDonald's. It it's because of this incident that I will never go to another McDonald's in my lifetime. I will inform all my friends and family of this issue. Hardees wins approval!!!!!
If you want fresh, hot, correct and great customer service you have to eat at Arby's on Holland Rd, 58 bypass, in Suffolk. They are busy at lunch and dinner times but we frequent Arby's often on off hours and when they see us they already know what our expectations include. We are not the only customers who get this service. The same goes for every person. And we always tell them before we leave how the service was. We also tell the manager if the cashier or service was great in front of other customers, or not in private. They work hard there and it shows, every time we visit. Our personal belief is if other people hear us tell them what a good job maybe they won't have such long faces when we open the door. So far its been working here and other places too.
THIS HARDEE'S IS AWEFUL - Everytime I visit I send them complaints about how bad the drive through speakers are and that the employees can't be understood. I get return calls from the manager telling me everything is working properly... This 4th visit also resulted in 2 complaints...speakers and this time the card services were not working...After placing the order and them passing me the 10 orange juices that went with my 38 dollar order they told me my card was not working...I offered a different card or the same card ....they took it.... then returned to tell me the system was down. I threw the OJs back through the window and went to BK where I was in and out with no problem. Happens Every Time!!!!
