Sudbury Animal Hospital

We have used Sudbury Animal Hospital since the late 1980s when we lived in town. We have always found them to be compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. About 25 years ago, w e moved about 30 minutes away and continue to use them. They have taken care of many of our cats and dogs with various issues and we could not be happier with the care our animals have received and also with the way that we have been treated by the veterinary staff and the support staff. They are responsive and helpful - always.

After years of bad experiences with area vets, I have been with the Sudbury Animal Hospital for about 15 years. They are competent, compassionate, and very helpful. Dr. Sinnegin even came out to the house to put our very old Jack Russell to sleep so our "baby" wouldn't have to leave us in the vet's office. When my dogs have tests, surgery, or illness I always get a call checking on them.



I agree the staff at the front desk can seem rather brusk, but they are under a great deal of pressure. Since I like the vets (there is a total of five, and I like them all) I try to overlook the others.



Maybe the previous reviewer caught them on a really bad day??

Very $$ MONEY DRIVEN $$. Extreamly Rude front office staff.. Never give call backs. Slam bam/in and out environment. NO BEDSIDE manner from vets.
