Professional service and top quality products! We have been taking our older equipment in for routine maintenance for many years now. Since bringing our equipment in to Herlache we have NEVER had a single breakdown. Since discovering them, we have also purchased any new or upgrade equipment through them without any single issue in over 10 years.

Being small business owners ourselves, we have found that their professional service and top quality products have saved us in time and money over the years.

Happy customers for sure!

Overall
Robbery, combined with a convenient lie!

The owner of this business was the one I spoke with on the phone. He wasn't willing to commit to a price for a tune-up of my snowblower. I decided to have it serviced there anyway, and asked if it could be picked up and delivered, as the snowblower doesn't fit into my vehicle. He said yes, but there was no mention of a price or charge for pickup and delivery.

When I got my invoice, he had charged $40 extra, on top of the service/tune-up charges, for pickup and delivery. He traveled a total of 2.5 miles for pickup and delivery, so you can imagine it didn't take very long. I could have MAYBE understood $20 for pickup and delivery, but $40 is robbery for that short distance, and then he lied when questioned and said he told me about a transportation charge.

Unethical folks at this business. Stay clear.
