This place definitely has a system down. Johnny is by far their best employee and he's so gentle but his work is great! Just like any other business that offers a service, they do it with a smile! Definitely call for an appointment if you're unsure of how their shop runs. They've come a long way since opening i suppose!
If I could give zero stars I would. I called two days before to make an appointment for 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 and was schedueled for a pedicure and manicure. It wasnt until 6:45 that I finally sat down in the pedicure chair. And during the entire pedicure I had three people working on me because one person had to go do an acrilic manicure the second girl had to go do nail designs, basically it was beyond rediculous. Then after begining my manicure the woman cut my cuticle and it began bleeding and her solution was to put a coat of clear nail polish over it to stop the bleeding which stung so bad. For my nails I had chosen a light pale pink color and I had asked for three coats to be put on and I only recieved two because "it would be too sticky." In case you have taken to read about my horrible experience, my best bet is just to go somewhere else and save your time and money. And no I did not tip anyone I just stormed out after paying prior to my manicure.
