Pac Properties Leasing Office

Not much to say here except there was black mold in my apartment. When I reported it to their maintenance department they ignored it, and when I reported them to the management office, they backed the maintenance department forcing me to move out. They are a shady, slumlord run company I would highly discourage anyone from leasing an apartment from them.

You should look for another company to rent from. This one will nickel and dime you to death. Every Special assessment they get from the city they pass it on to you. THEY ARE GREEDY BUSINESS SHARKS. I have never leased from a company as bad as PAC. They leave their contracts open ended which allows them to increase the rate of your rent, or also in my case pet deposits. If you are looking to rent, I would advise choosing another leasing company. This one is really really bad!!! Renter Be AWARE.

I had been looking for an apartment in the valley for weeks before I started noticing blue PAC signs all over town. I called the number and spoke with a gentleman named alex. I told him what I was looking 4 and my price range and he quickly gave me elizabeth 3 different places that fit my criteria.the difference between daily with p a c people ad other apartments that I was looking at was by far the customer service . alex was very polite attentive and asked all the right questions to know exactly what I was looking for and find me a place I loved.
