Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had no problem whatsoever, with this Enterprise office. They were very helpful and gave me a great rate. I was in an out in about 15 minutes, car had low mileage and did not have a mechanical issues. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again

I live in studio city and i went to the enterprise office on ventura bl.to rent an SUV for a week i made a deal on the tahoe but they gave me an upgrade to a suburban for the same price. i was happy with the deal.
by the time i signed the contract the SUV was washed and ready to go within 15 minutes i was out of the office with the SUV.
great , fast service and very profettional i will definitely will go back and do bussinnes with them.

Was very surprised with such poor service, I had my car in body shop and had to get a rental, there was 1 person in front of me, all three were talking to him, about how he spent the weekend, I had to stand there and stare until young tall guy ( i think he is a manager) looked at me, told me, be right with you and looked away, then he talked on his cellphone, and then 20 minutes later asked what i need. It took me a good 45 minutes to rent a car where the whole process took about 15 minutes. Stuff has no customer respect what so ever, very rude, ignorant, and annoyed by customers.
By the time I had to drop off my car it took me about 30 minutes, It`s been 4 days and have not gotten my deposit back. Very disappointed, very poor service, will never rent a car from them or any Enterprise again. Sorry fof such a service.

I drive a luxury car which I dropped off for repairs at Saab. Enterprise gave me a loaner. They attempted to put me in a pint size economy. I kindly requested a larger car. 15 minuted later they brought a car which was maybe was the next size up. I was late for work so I got in and started off. Seconds later a nauseating stench had my lungs curdling. It smelled like an ashtray with a hint of Pinesole. The interior of the car was disgusting. When I arrived at work I called to have Enterprise trade out my car, as I had clients to take out during lunch. After several attempts to reach them, and no answer, I left a message. Never heard back from them. I returned the car. Five days later I still didn't have my deposit returned to me. They hadn't even closed the account.
