Hello everyone:I had doubts before I went to the dealership Vic call me one day and told me what he can do and I say this is the same old line that everyone use until you get there and be let down. But with Wallace Hyundai show me differently--I did not have any money to put down on a vehicle and the only thing that I had to trade was a 2004 van that was me and my husband . By working with Vic , Ray & Gary these guys were magnificent and wonderful to be with and around as well. Ray have a way of talking to the banks to get his customers approve. In which I can truly say that it was a wonderful experience for me. So if you are in doubt walk with God and trust in him--he will put individuals in your path to allow you to see his works. And that is what he did put these wonderful guys in my path and allow me to see his works and it work out for me in so many ways. Go to Wallace and they are the people for people like us!!!
Hello to anyone experiencing the anxiety of having to deal with purchasing a lease turn-in. I had leased my Hyundai through Napleton's and upon having to purchase it they quoted fee's that even HMF couldn't figure out. I was told by HMF that I could go through another dealership and referred to Wallace. Wallace was $1,000 cheaper due to only charging 400 disposition fee plus taxes, etc. I'm buying another car in the next couple of months, I know where I will go first. The sales manager at Napeltons told a lie about my lease turn-in and told another to try to cover it up. My advice is to stay clear of shady dealers and try Wallace, and my guy there is Sheldon Merritt. Hope this helps.
Great sales staff. Great service staff. Purchased a Hyundai Sonata SE in 2010 that I've taken to the dealership for service and all issues while under warranty since. They've been able to properly address the problem quickly and efficiently and the cost is competitive with other shops. Take it here to get it done right!
Nothing but praise for this group. Professional, helpful, courteous staff work well together and for the customer. The cars (I've rented 3 from this location) were excellent vehicles, enjoyable to drive. Highly recommend this location for overall great quality.
always have a good service experience, haven't had to sit for hours, they are fast and always courteous, bought two cars from Wallace had great and fast purchasing, they are always there to assist, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a car
Enterprise always has The Best customer service.However, my last rental reeked of cigarette smoke.Not good at all, especially when I had the car for more than 2 weeks. I won't let that happen again!

As Always I call Steve. He gets me set up when It's convenient for me, I tell him what my problem may be or just an oil change and he makes sure it gets done.
