I ordered shutters in March and paid a massive deposit. I was told the shutters would be installed way before this. Now the owner says they will not even give me a proposed date to Install as they just have so much business. Seriously FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED!!! I will post again and provide further information whenever they get to my installation.

We have a window in the kitchen that required some special design to function properly and this was not even a bump in the road for this company they customized the shutter to fit the window perfectly. I discovered small blemish in one of the shutters and without question they came out took the shutter back to the shop repaired and brought me back a brand new Mint Condition shutter. I have dealt with many contractors over this year but have found few who stand behind their work. This company does. Highly recommended
I called several other companies. I am a hard working single mother of 3 kids always looking for a deal but most important is quality. I love the fact that aside how esthetically neautiful they are and how sturdy most of all they worked with me on pricing and worked around my schedule. Was told these shutters were American made when in fact the parts and components are made in China and assembled here in the US by non-American citizens. Very disappointed and feel I was lied to. Would not recommend this company. Untrustworthy and unethical business practices. i also notice this company is all over the internet writing their own reviews.
