Stuart Address defended me in September of 2010. Since the day that I met Mr Address, I knew right then and there that he was the attorney to take this case. During our initial consultation, he wasn't anxious to take any of our money. He offered advice for me to try on my own and told me to call him back if it didn't work out. Things did not work out and I called Mr. Address again. I met with him, spoke with him at length and provided him with documents. He indicated that he would review the matter and let me know if he could accept the case on a contingency fee basis. Once I received the phone call from Mr. Address that he was going to defend me I new I had a fighter and a winner. During the course of the year and one-half that Mr. Address was working on my case during all of the pre-trial discovery, motions and other proceedings, he has shown an extreme amount of knowledge with the law as well as the rights of his client.
