A little over a year ago we spent four figures to upgrade our home entertainment system (no TVs purchased from them). Our first call back related to our patio TV not changing channels. The tech stated it was an adaptor issue. Supposedly changed and corrected. Service call $89.00. A few months later we were entertaining and the patio TV would not change channels. I blew a gasket. Another service call related to our very expense TV remote not changing channels correctly was explained by the tech as “I made a mistake. I forgot to include these pages when I programmed the remote” (this was after a service call for an update). I asked the tech to look at the patio TV. Again he stated it was an adaptor issue. We added “Mike” the owner to our Comcast account so that he could pick up the correct equipment and resolve this problem. THIS WAS NOVEMBER 20, 2014 and I AM STILL WAITING! Now sit down…today (March 2015) I got a bill ($127.00) from “The Experts” (and I use that word loosely) for the NOVEMBER 20 service call they did! I gave them the benefit of the doubt as to their lack of follow through: it was Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then the New Year. Ironically I was planning to call them this week as we have company coming this weekend and I would like the patio TV to WORK!!! THEY do not have a CLUE about customer service but they are SUPERB at billing!
