I moved into my house in 09 Everything in my house is gas except my A/C I have a 15Kw emergency generator and a pool heater.. I have a 500gal tank in the ground They came out checked everything and filled the tank and it cost $150 I got a contract with them and every 3 or 4 months they come and fill my tank it costs between 2 0r 3 hundred dollars. They always call when they are coming so I can put up the dogs The delivery guys are always nice and knowledgeable All the ladies in the office are great They are friendly and polite even when Ive been late on my payment. There is never any mean phone calls or harassment. I couldn't ask for a better company to have to depend on and I do during storms when my Emergency Gen runs they come out and fill the tank no questions asked and then we settle up after the FPL power is back on.

My husband and I have been using them for about 4 years now and not once have had a problem. My husband has 5 company vehicles and takes all his vehicles to them, as with our personal vehicles. Great place!!
the new owner was able to resolve an issue with my hyudai santa fe that the hyundai dealership nearby had not.He and his staff were very professional and competent and I will definitely use them again.
Worst company ever!! I have been having a problem with bill being over 200+per month since November. It is now May. It normally runs about $40-70depending on if we use or pool heater or not. I have been calling since the first bill I received. Nothing. I have left messages with Kim who is the ONLY one in that office that can help me apparently. She had blatantly lied and said that people have been to my house to check the matter and not one person had ever been here in 6 months. I have talked to others in the office and asked for a manager and nothing. I finally got Kim on the phone today and she said she would send someone out to do a system check "free of charge" this one time. Are you kidding me?!I have been calling since NOvEMBER!And you just told someone that techs have been here and did that already and found nothing wrong. She's a liar. I now owe them 998.00! Why should I have to pay if I keep telling them something is wrong and they are doing nothing to help fix the situation
I'm new in town and was nervous trying to find a good shop. Another shop recommended Dano's to me and I took my MB 95' E300 diesel in with a transmission problem. I felt comfortable with Dano and Carla and ask Dano to "fit it". It took a few days but Dano did his research and repaired the problem completely, and within his estimate. Dano is very skilled, honest, personable and trust worthy. Dano is also persistence and will get it right. This is a five star shop! Highly recommend!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience... Had a gas leak & no way to run my hot water heater, dryer, stove, heater --- called Ferrel 3x's ( b/c had JUST had a fill prior to leak with no problem). They finally show up without calling or giving us a time when we aren't there RUDELY call and say no one there to pay so they won't fill. They filled it before no problem but now in an emergency they don't and were horrible! I pay extremely well & always tip! Tried call customer service who has no clue... Who can't get ahold of the rude dispatcher or driver after 20 mins the dispatcher responded to an email to customer service rep .. By that time I told them I didn't want there awful service or GAS! Not a company you can rely on when you are in need ... Customer service awful. Will never use again.
I wholeheartedly agree with the previous review. In December 2012 I paid $1200 for a rebuild of a transmission case that I supplied for a custom vehicle. At the time I was referred to them by a reputable mechanic. I recently found out he no longer uses Monterey due to the reputation they are getting. Long story short... I do not drive my custom car every day and it lives in my garage most of the time. Well, 450 miles later the transmission fails. I contact Monterey and make an appointment date to have them look at it under warranty and have it towed to them. They left the car outside in the parking lot for seven days all the while avoiding my calls and giving me the run around. Finally, on the third visit to them within the seven day period, the owner (john), tells me the transmission is out of warranty due to time and that he will call me the following week to give me a price after he removes the tranny, YES, 7 days and they hadn't even removed the transmission to diagnose the issue!. They also were informed that the car was scheduled to be in a car show 8 days after they received it. Of course it never made the appearance. There is a lot more to this... needless to say I had the car towed to another much more reputable tranny shop. Bottom line..... AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! NO STARS!!!
I have been waiting over a week for Ferrell Gas to deliver propane. They sold me a faulty gauge and I ran out last Friday. I can't believe they are making me wait this long. What kind of company does this?
They rebuilt my transmission 3 years ago. It is not right and I expected to pay a strongly reduced price for a second rebuild 3 years later. 1900 for the first rebuild and 1700 for the second 3 years later? Not good enough. When I suggested that was not acceptable they said they would rework the price and only fix the least of the problems and patch it up. No confidence in that response. Rip off a girl. Never again. My tire guy who I LOVE recommended him but will no longer. I know that bad things can happen but I expected a better response. I should have gotten 100-140k and maybe got 30? :( unexpected for a small town business to not stand behind their work.
