About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Stay away from here as far as possible. I went there at 9am to get front struts repaired on my car. They told me I bought the wrong ones and while I return them they will get the correct ones for me. They told me I needed to pay a part deposit before they get the struts for me. I felt weird paying before the service, but I've been going there for 2 years and always had good service and I trusted them. I came back at 11am. They brought my car in and took off the front tires. An hour later I walked pass the garage to check to see if they started working on my car. The repair people were siting down playing with their phones and smoking cigarettes. I kept checking with the owner's daughter each hr to see if my car will get started on. Within the hr of 4 I went up to her and said I'm 3 hrs late for work will my car get started. She said "give me one minute." She walked away and never saw her for the rest of the night. Then it was almost 5pm I saw her mom, owner's wife put the struts in front of were my car was on the lift. No one said anything before they left. They all just took off for the rest of the night. Doors open lights all garage doors shut but unlocked. I had to call my mom to pick me up and borrow her car for me to get to work. I was 4 1/2 late that day. I came back the next day at 8:30 am with my mom. The place was wide open as it was before I got picked up, mind you they open at 9am. So apparently, no one came back. Anything could've happened to my car overnight. So I called the cops. They showed up at 9am. I explained my situation to them. Then 11am comes, I'm still calling the owner's daughter and still waiting. No one showed up. Then one of the people that works there texted me saying one of the mechanics working on my car got into an accident, that's why he didn't show up. He also said they will be there between 3-4 to start working on my car. I went to work using my moms car. My mom took her spare car and went back to the shop to see if my car was started within the hr of 3 pm. She called me and said they didn't do any work to my car. I called the owner's wife because that's the number he texted me to reach her. She told me the reason why no one was there she said it was a personal reason with her husband. I won't put it out there because like I said it's personal, but y'all can figure that out. I left work and my parents met me there. The owner's wife ran up on my parents scolded and swearing at them. Mind you, my parents didn't threaten her or scold at her. She screamed to her mechanic, get these (censorsed) people out of here. The guy put the tires back on my car. I only get half a refund because they didn't do the job and I had to pay for the guy coming to work on his day off. Not to mention, the struts they got me were both busted. I got my car out of there and plan on getting it fixed at a different location. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. These people are unprofessional and selfish. It's a disgusting environment. Also, it's a cash only business. If I could I would give this place -10 stars.

It was not a very good experience: I paid over $8. for a broken phone charger that they refused to refund! At 8:44am I got a phone charger, coffee and a butter roll. I stated to the lady that the coffee was either bitter or strong and she replied back "IT IS STRONG, OPEN UP YOUR EYES" and the roll was stale also. The PHONE CHARGER didn't work and I went back there at 3:05pm the same day and the guy said THEY DO NOT REFUND and there was nothing wrong with their charger and blamed it on my phone. I asked the guy where was the signs of no refunds and it wasn't on the receipt and I didn't see it posted. He stated that that they don't ever refund anything and it didn't have to be posted. When I got home I charged my phone with my old charger and my phone charged right up. He was very unprofessional! I will never purchase anything from there.

Stay away from this place. I made an appointment to have my car repaired and was told they would be done with it that day. I brought my car down as they were opening up that morning. I called and texted multiple times that day. No answer. Was once told by the owner's daughter that she would "call me right back". No call. Called back an hour later and was told that she had left for the night. Asked that Ryan, the owner be sure to call me back. No call. Could not get an answer the following day and had to drive down there. Was then told by Ryan, that he hadn't even looked at it because he "didn't know it was there". Yet, it was moved from the spot I left it in. He told me he could have it done in an hour. Mind you, part of my repair involved him taking it to Sears for an alignment. Clearly, could not be done in an hour. Well, It wasn't done that night, and he said he had a 12:30 appointment at Sears for the next day (up to Friday now). Didn't get done then either. They finally brought it to Sears on Saturday morning and told me it would be done quickly. At 1:23 Ryan calls and says he is pulling out of Sears and the car is done. I head down to his shop as Sears is only 3 minutes away from there. My car is not there. No one can tell me where it is and Ryan won't answer when I call his cell multiple times. He shows up 45 minutes later!! So after all this crap, he uses my car to run his errands. Unbelievable!! Would like to give zero stars, but I can't.
