I have been there just a few times, but when I go I always have a great experience. Staff is always pleasant, engaging and they do all they can to make a memorable experience. I live in Brook Park, Ohio but I am going to start going here every other week. They always do a great job!!!!

Service was not good at all.....I would not return. They were trying to cram as many customers in at a time as possible and the service ending up being terrible.

The hostess was very unprofessional. She rolled her eyes every time I had contact with her. The nail tech was nice but that was the only thing I would say was actually good. My GEL polish chipped after a day which usually lasts two weeks. It was also pricey $$$. I would not come back.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a horrible experience with butchered nails! First off, the customer service is horrible. The gentleman that did my nails couldn't even speak English well enough to explain the difference in what type of nail to get. I showed a picture and he couldn't even get that right either. I was there for 3 hours, but came back after 5 mins because my nails were already coming off. They fixed it enough for me to come home, but then a few hours later they started to come off again. My husband and I went to go get a refund, but they wouldn't let me. They "fixed" it again even though it looked horrible. I left upset but I just wanted to leave. A few days later they were already chipping and coming apart, but I couldn't go back to have them fix it because I was out of town on vacation. When I came back a week later to just have them remove them free of charge, they refused because they said I had them for 2 weeks, even though it was just 1 week. I would have gone back to get them removed 3 days after getting them done, but I was out of town. THE OWNER IGNORED ME WHILE I COMPLAINED AND HAD THE NERVE TO SAY I WAS LYING ABOUT BEING THERE JUST A WEEK PRIOR. NEVER AGAIN!

Went here once and I'm not going again. I called for a simple mani/pedi and when I got there all the staff members were just gossiping and talking at a desk and eating while completely ignoring me. PLUS it was overpriced. I don't recommend it here at all.

The owner is rude uses cheap products up charges everyone please take your money somewhere else my nails chipped next day me and my friends decided to go else where this guy is a joke, rude, obnoxious, and will lose his business.

Reading another review truly justifies mine!! Had my hair done the color did not turn out as requested. The manager said to come back in that she herself would take care of me. Upon talking with her she began to intimidate telling me m iI did not know what I want I thought the picture I had choose was worth a thousand words as she pointed out there was a spot of color as the picture in one spot on my head? When I told her that the color should be throughout my whole head she became very aggressive and started screaming get out of my salon she even lowered herself to calling me stupid as she was walking back @ forth..I did get $65.00 from $175.00 not including the gratuity I gave for a very poor job. As I l was walking out the door this woman was still hollering this time saying go scam another salon with no care of other clients in er so called a nice retreat salon? Thank God I found a wonderful salon with wonderful people they did a wonderful job of fixing the errors. What you have just read is fully the truth.

Salon Bella Vie provided me the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a salon! I paid $250 for their bridal package; I was very excited for my trial. Unfortunately, I left in tears. My hair was not finished and all day I heard how bad it looked. The stylist did not cover my eyes and sprayed hairspray 3 or 4 times directly into my eyes. My face got burnt from the curling iron. On top of that, the stylist made it very clear she did not want to be doing my hair for my actual wedding. I called and voiced my complaints to the owner, all she would do is give me the same girl one of my bridesmaids is having do her hair on my wedding. She told me on my wedding day I would have to wait 15 or 20 minutes until my bridesmaid’s hair got done. I requested another trial and I was told I would have to pay for most of it. I cancelled all my bridesmaids’ updo and nail appointments. I requested the balance of my $250 back minus my trial and was told no. I paid a lot of money to this salon for a service I did not receive. Consumers beware.

Techs answer their phone during session. They did not do a great job - my husband got me a gift certificate there for Christmas 2011 as a way if planning for a cruise in 2013 the wouldn't honor it and when I asked the manager about it he yelled at me saying you could have already used it??
